Out of my small machine shop based in Tauranga, New Zealand. I can provide a full engineering service. Starting from a sketch all the way working prototype or structure. I manufacture Bar ends, Seat Clamps, Headtube badges, Sprockets, Bottom brackets, Headsets and Titanium frames.

About Carl

Carl Cavanagh, 45, BMX lifer and Engineer based in Tauranga, NZ.

I’m Qualified fitter/welder with over 10 years’ experience in residential and industrial steel fabrication, plus heavy transport. Later completed a Bachelor of Engineering with first-class honors, graduating top of my class.

I design and make bike parts from my small machine shop. Custom sprockets, stems, Titanium frames and inventor of the HU Brake and FSEB.
